Backlit LCD segment display: LCD screens in environments with varying brightness levels typically require backlighting. Additionally, LCD products with screen printing and color film effects generally need backlighting support to achieve the desired screen printing results. Both backlighting and LCD screens can be customized for irregular shapes.
LCD Backlit Display Modules: LCD screens used in environments with fluctuating ambient lighting require backlighting. The brightness and coloration of backlighting can be customized. Negative-Dot Products, VA, and Semi-Translucent Mode LCDs typically need backlight integration. Backlit products generally offer higher contrast ratios and sharper resolution, delivering superior viewing experience. Screen-printed or color-coated products depend on backlighting to achieve optimal visual performance. For frame-mounted LCD modules, backlight units can be directly placed beneath the display, adhered to the bottom surface, or integrated into pre-engineered backlight structures. Backlit LCDs consume slightly more power due to backlight operation. Common mounting methods include thermal adhesive tape, zebra stripe bonding, metal foot connections, and flexible printed circuit (FPC) interfaces.
