Fast response optical valve LCD can quickly change the light transmission state after receiving the signal, the response speed can reach 0.1 milliseconds (100 times faster than human blink); the product is thin and light, can achieve a thickness of 1.2 mm; the connection can be made into pins or FPC; can block infrared, ultraviolet.
The light valve LCD used in welding goggles can switch between bright and dark modes within 0.1 milliseconds when the photosensitive detector detects welding arc light. This feature protects the eyes of welding operators by automatically adjusting the light intensity to suit different welding conditions. The goggles maintain a darkened state even when powered off or malfunctioning, effectively protecting the operators eyes. These products are typically classified as TN/HTN, operate in static drive mode, and use a fully transparent design. The color code and optical grade can be customized. With a micro-ampere level of power consumption, they significantly save battery life. Options include single-box and double-box configurations. The optical grade (optical grade, diffusion, uniformity, and viewing angle dependence) can be 1111 or 1112.
