Our company has newly put into production two fully automatic LCD pin lines 

"If you want to do your work well, you must first sharpen your tools." In order to cope with the rapid growth of metal pin LCD orders after the epidemic and improve the production capacity and delivery time of pin products, our company recently introduced two sets of fully automatic pin production lines. After debugging, they were successfully put into production in late May and reached the expected production capacity.

The new production line is adapted to the functions of pin assembly, shearing, sealing, curing, AIO full-graphic electrical testing, etc., realizing the straight-through flow operation from pin assembly to electrical performance testing, perfectly solving the assembly efficiency and assembly quality problems of metal pins of LCD screens, and greatly improving product quality and production efficiency.

The new production line has the following characteristics:

Quality upgrade: using servo motor propulsion, grating positioning and other technologies to avoid the influence of human factors, and effectively solve quality problems such as dislocation, missing installation, missing sealing, virtual connection, and fragmentation.

Accuracy upgrade: using system sensor control to ensure accurate control of pin installation propulsion force, sealing amount, curing parameters, and cutting size.

Function upgrade: It can assemble airplane-shaped, double-sided irregular multi-segment pins, single pins, and is compatible with a variety of special-shaped pins; it has the functions of easy-to-tear sticker application and STN silicone coating, and it can realize full automation from feeding and directly connecting to the high-precision graphic detector (AIO) to produce finished products.

Production upgrade: With the original semi-automatic pin assembly line, the daily production capacity has increased by more than 50K.
